Hi, I’m Naomi.
I’m an occupational therapist, coach, and the founder of Caregility OT — but more than that, I’m someone who believes that support should feel safe, respectful, and real.
I’ve spent over a decade walking beside neurodivergent children, teens, and adults — helping them navigate systems that often weren’t built for their brains. Along the way, I’ve learned that what people really need isn’t just strategies.
They need to be seen. Heard. Validated. And gently supported to trust themselves again.
Caregility OT is my response to that need — a space where lived experience and clinical knowledge meet. Where neurodivergent people (diagnosed, undiagnosed, questioning, or somewhere in between) can explore who they are without pressure to mask or explain.
Meet the Human Behind the Work
-
Because I know what it feels like to carry shame around being “too much” or “not enough.”
Because I’ve watched bright, beautiful minds burn out in systems that didn’t understand them.
Because I believe we deserve better.I work from a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and person-led approach — meaning:
Your autonomy comes first
Your experience is the expert voice in the room
And support should fit you, not the other way around

I’m not a “fixer.”
I won’t ask you to be more consistent, more social, or more like everyone else.
What I will do is help you understand your brain and body — and gently build tools, routines, and environments that honour them.Together, we’ll explore:
What feels hard (and why)
What supports actually work for you
How to unlearn shame and rebuild self-trust
How to navigate NDIS and access the resources you’re entitled to

I’m a mum, a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, a big fan of dopamine-friendly workspaces, and an advocate for rest that doesn’t need to be earned.
You’ll usually find me with a coffee in hand, two dogs nearby, and about three sensory playlists in rotation. -
Whether you’re seeking OT support, coaching, or just want to ask “Is this normal for a neurodivergent brain?”, you’re welcome here.
You don’t need to have it all figured out — you just need a starting point. I can help with that.Download Free Resources
